PTI Veterinary Needles
Needles for cattle, buffalo, poultry, swine, sheep, goats and companion animals — 16G to 25G, in disposable and reusable brass-hub patterns, with lengths and hub types made to your order.
Specialized Industrial Tubing
Flexible PVC and polyolefin tubing extruded to a bore you specify — for veterinary and laboratory use, dosing lines, pneumatics and instrumentation. Supplied in coils or cut lengths.

Nominal outside diameters follow the Birmingham gauge system used across the trade. Hub colours follow common market practice and can vary between manufacturers — tell us the colour you want and we will match it. Tolerances, wall type and packing are confirmed with your quotation.

Made to your size
Gauge, length, bevel, hub type and colour on the needle side; bore, OD and wall thickness on the tubing side. You give the number, we make to it.
In-house extrusion
PVC and polyolefin tube is extruded at our own Naroda unit, so a change of bore or colour does not mean waiting on someone else's line.
Checked before it leaves
Cannula diameter, length and point are checked batch by batch, because a needle that bends in the crush costs a vet the whole round.
Bulk & distributor packing
Dozen boxes, gross cartons and bulk packing for stockists, veterinary pharma companies and OEM buyers.
OEM & private label
Components supplied unassembled or hub-fitted, and finished goods packed under your own brand and carton.

About us
A Naroda workshop that answers its phone
Plast Tubes (India) sits on Naroda Road in Ahmedabad, in the belt where most of Gujarat's plastics and disposables work is done. The company started in tubing — it is in the name — and grew into veterinary needles under the PTI mark.
Your point of contact is Bhavesh Patel. When you send a requirement, it reaches him, and the answer comes back from him. For a buyer who needs a gauge changed or a bore matched before the next dispatch, that is usually the whole difference.
We keep it simple: make to the size you asked for, check it before it goes, pack it the way your stockroom wants it, and pick up the phone.

FAQ
Common questions
Which gauges do you make?
We work across 16G to 25G for veterinary use, in lengths from about 5/16" up to 1½". If you need a size outside that span, ask — tell us the gauge and length and we will say plainly whether we can do it.
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. For a new size, a new hub colour or a private-label pack we prefer to send a sample first. Message Bhavesh bhai with the specification and he will confirm what can be sent and on what terms.
Do you supply under our own brand?
Yes — OEM and private-label supply is welcome, either as finished packs in your carton or as unassembled cannula and hubs for your own assembly line.
What tubing sizes can you extrude?
Flexible PVC roughly 1 to 15 mm bore, and LDPE, HDPE and PP roughly 4 to 25 mm OD. Wall thickness, colour and coil length are made to your drawing. Silicone tubing is sourced on request rather than extruded in-house.
Do you deliver outside Gujarat?
Yes. We dispatch across India by the transporter you prefer, and share the docket details once the consignment leaves.
